These subprocessors process personal data strictly on our behalf, act under Y.O.D.O.’s documented instructions, and are contractually bound to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable international transfer requirements.

At Y.O.D.O. Ltd, we believe in transparency and accountability. This Transparency Report provides Users, Delegates, Special Delegates, and Recipients with information about how often government authorities or regulators request access to Y.O.D.O. data.

User Communication Policy

This User Communication Policy explains how Y.O.D.O. Ltd communicates with Users, Delegates, Special Delegates, and Recipients through the Y.O.D.O. platform and related services.

Verification Policy

This Verification Policy sets out the procedures followed by Y.O.D.O. Ltd to verify the identity of Users, Delegates, Special Delegates, and Recipients, and to confirm the death of a User before releasing any posthumous messages. These procedures form part of our commitment to trust, integrity, and data protection.
