How it works

User choice: Only the user decides if a professional is added as a special delegate.
No extra cost: Adding a special delegate is included in every plan.
No check-in role: Special delegates do not take part in the routine check-in process.
Verification (optional): If enabled by the user, lawyers and notaries can also help verify a death by uploading the death certificate and confirming their identity - adding an extra layer of assurance.
Instant alerts: Once a passing is verified, special delegates are notified immediately.
Dashboard view: Professionals get access to a secure dashboard showing their clients using Y.O.D.O., with their status (active, inactive, or deceased).
No message access: Special delegates never see or access private messages - only the status relevant to their role.
Workflow support: With more clients connected, the dashboard becomes a simple, reliable tool for managing cases efficiently.
